The Graft Room

The session that
keeps us current

Recorded courses go stale. Platforms change every few weeks. The Graft Room is how we keep the training honest.

Every week the team sits down and pulls apart what actually moved on each platform over the last seven days: what got reach, what got paid, what changed in the rules, and what quietly stopped working.

Whatever comes out of it is in front of members the same week, not three months later in a course module. It is why our training reflects the platforms as they are now rather than as they were when someone filmed a lesson.

Members are welcome in the room. The best insight usually comes from someone who tried it on Tuesday and can say whether it worked.

The week

  1. Monday — what moved. Reach, retention and revenue across all eleven platforms, from our own channels and from members who share theirs.
  2. Tuesday — what changed. Policy, payout and algorithm updates worth acting on, separated from the ones that are noise.
  3. Wednesday — what we are testing. Formats and hooks run on our own channels first, so members are not the experiment.
  4. Thursday — the live session. Taught to members, with questions answered live and the recording in the library the same day.
  5. Friday — written up. Into the library as notes, templates and worksheets you can act on.

Why it exists

Most creator training is recorded once and sold for years. That works for principles and fails for platforms, where a payout change or a ranking tweak can make a lesson wrong within a month.

Running the room weekly is more work than filming a course. It is also the only honest way to charge a monthly fee for training that claims to be current.

Where it goes

Some of what comes out of the room is published free as guides and reports. The rest stays in the member library.
