Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Grafters Global Agency when you take out a membership.

Effective from 18 September 2026. Last updated 6 October 2026. These terms apply to Grafters Global Agency creator memberships bought through graftersglobalagency.com.

1. Who we are

Grafters Global Agency ("Grafters", "we", "us", "our") runs an online creator-training membership. You can reach us any time at hello@graftersglobalagency.com. These terms are the agreement between you and us when you take out a membership. Please read them before you pay: by paying for a membership you accept them.

2. What your membership gives you

Membership gives you access to our creator-training library, live sessions, the Social Studio (where we make and post content for you, at the levels that include it) and, at the higher levels, one-to-one coaching. What is included depends on the level you hold, as set out on our membership page. We add new material over time and occasionally retire older material; membership is access to the platform as it stands from time to time, not to a fixed, unchanging set of content.

3. Who can join

You must be 18 or over to hold a membership. By joining you confirm that you are. If we find that an account was opened by someone under 18, we may close it. Membership is personal to you and is for one person; you may not share your login or let anyone else use your account.

4. How joining works

You apply first, using a free form; no payment is taken at that stage. We review your application, and if it is a good fit we invite you to join. You then choose your level and pay, and your access begins straight away. You are not charged unless and until you are invited and choose to pay.

5. Levels and prices

There are three open levels and one by invitation:

  • Apprentice, Craftsman and Master, which you choose between when we invite you to join.
  • The Guild — by invitation only. It is earned, not bought; the price is confirmed when we invite you.

We do not list prices in these terms, because we update them from time to time. The current monthly and annual price for each level is shown on our membership page. Before you pay, checkout shows you the total price of the level you have chosen, whether it is charged monthly or annually, and that it renews automatically until you cancel. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to you.

Prices are in pounds sterling. Where VAT applies, it is included in the price shown.

If you are already a member, you keep paying the price you joined at, unless we tell you otherwise under section 9.

6. Billing

You can pay monthly or annually. Payment is taken in advance through our payment provider, and your membership renews automatically for further periods until you cancel.

  • Monthly — charged once a month, on the same date each month, until you cancel.
  • Annual — charged once a year, in advance, at one month free (you pay for eleven months and get twelve). The exact annual price is shown on the membership page and confirmed to you at checkout before you pay.

If a payment fails, we will try to take it again and let you know. If we cannot collect payment within a short grace period, we may suspend your access until the account is brought up to date. You are responsible for keeping your payment details current.

7. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account. There is no minimum term, no notice period and no exit fee. When you cancel, your membership does not renew again; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it then ends. We do not pro-rate or refund part-months or part-years simply because you cancel partway through, except where you have a statutory or other right to a refund. Full detail is on our Refunds and Cancellation page.

8. Your 14-day right to change your mind

Because you buy online, the law normally gives you 14 days to cancel for a full refund. A membership works differently, because it gives you access to the full training the moment your payment is confirmed. When you join, you ask us to start your access immediately and you acknowledge that doing so ends your 14-day right to cancel once your access begins. That acknowledgement is captured by a box you tick at checkout, and it is what allows us to give you access straight away. After access begins your membership is non-refundable, except where you have a legal right to a refund, for example if the training is faulty or not as described. Your statutory rights are explained in full on our Refunds and Cancellation page, and nothing in these terms removes them.

9. Changes to price or content

We may change our prices. If we change the price of a level you already hold, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, so you have time to decide. If you do not want to continue at the new price, you can cancel before it applies and keep access to the end of the period you have already paid for. Continuing after the change takes effect means you accept the new price.

We may also add to, update or retire training content and features to keep the platform current and improve it. We will not make a change that removes a core part of what your level offers without a fair reason; if we ever did, you would be free to cancel as above.

10. Using the platform fairly

Membership includes places where you write and upload things: messages to your manager and our team, lesson feedback, support tickets, live sessions, and the files you upload to the Social Studio. We ask you to use them properly. You agree not to: harass, bully, threaten or abuse anyone; send or upload unlawful, hateful, discriminatory or obscene material; spam, scam or promote get-rich-quick schemes; share other people's private information; or use the platform to sell unrelated products or breach anyone's rights. You are responsible for what you send and upload, and you must not upload anything you do not have the right to share.

11. Suspension and removal

If you break these terms (in particular the fair-use rules above, the sharing restrictions, or the age requirement), we may suspend or remove your access. For serious or repeated breaches we may close your account without a refund. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put things right. If we close your account for a reason that is not your fault, the section "If we end your membership" on our Refunds and Cancellation page explains what you get back.

12. Our materials, your channels, and what we post for you

All the training we provide (videos, worksheets, templates, recordings, live sessions and written material) belongs to Grafters or to those who license it to us. While your membership is active, we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use that material for your own learning only.

Our video training is provided by streaming and may be protected so it cannot be copied. You must not download, record, screen-capture, copy, share, resell, republish or distribute our material, or give anyone else access to it, whether free or paid. Where we deliberately make a resource available to download (for example a worksheet or template), it is for your own use, and the same rules against sharing and reselling apply.

Your own channels, content, audience and data are entirely yours. We claim no ownership of them and take no rights over them. We are here to help you build what is yours.

Posting for you. Where your level includes the Social Studio, you authorise Grafters Global Agency to create content for you and to publish it to your social media accounts in your name, either through an account you have connected or, where you ask us to, by hand. We only ever post content you have approved, and each post carries the advertising disclosure and AI label it needs. Content you upload for us to use remains yours; you give us permission to edit it and publish it to your accounts for this purpose, and you confirm you have the right to share it. You can withdraw this authorisation at any time by disconnecting an account or telling us; our Privacy Policy and our Deleting your data page explain how. Posts already published stay on the platform until you remove them.

13. No guarantee of results

We teach you how to grow your channels and build an income from them, and we give you the tools to do it. We cannot and do not guarantee any particular result (how many followers you gain, or how much you earn) because that depends on your own work, your audience, your niche and factors outside anyone's control. Nothing on our site, in our training or in our marketing is a promise of income.

14. Training, not professional advice

Our training is educational. It is not personal legal, tax, financial or accounting advice, and you should not treat it as such. Decisions about your business, your money and your tax are yours, and where they matter you should take advice from a qualified professional.

15. The platforms you post to are not us

We are independent of the social platforms our training covers, including TikTok, YouTube, Meta (Facebook, Instagram and Threads), X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, Kick and E.P.I.C. Studios. We do not control their rules, their algorithms, their payouts or their decisions about your account, and we are not responsible for what they do. If a platform changes how it works, suspends an account, or changes what it pays, that is a matter between you and that platform.

16. Our responsibility to you

We will provide the membership with reasonable care and skill, as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law, including your statutory rights, which always apply.

Subject to that, we are not responsible for loss of profit, loss of income or earnings, loss of business or opportunity, or for any loss that was not a reasonably foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. And subject to the paragraph above, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the total membership fees you paid us in that period. We provide training and tools; the results you achieve, and the decisions you make with them, are your own.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may instead bring proceedings in your own country's courts. None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

18. Complaints and contact

If something is wrong, tell us; most things are quickest to fix directly. Email hello@graftersglobalagency.com and we will acknowledge your message within 3 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it between us, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme or the courts. For anything about cancelling or refunds, see our Refunds and Cancellation page.
