What you are not paying for
We take no percentage of your earnings. Gifting, subscriptions, ad revenue, brand deals and product sales are yours in full. We take no ownership of your channels, no exclusivity, and no claim on your audience.
The 14-day money-back guarantee
There's no free trial. Instead we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee: if it's not for you within 14 days, ask and we'll refund you. This is on top of your statutory right to cancel within 14 days under UK consumer law, which applies regardless. Full detail is on the refunds and cancellation page.
Cancelling
Membership is monthly unless you choose annual. You can cancel from your account at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. There is no contract, no notice period and no exit fee.
Monthly or annual
Every creator level is available monthly or annually. Annual is billed once a year at one month free: pay for eleven months, get twelve. Monthly is the default; annual is the loyalty option if you know you're in for the long haul.
Changing levels
You can move up or down at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with the difference charged pro rata; downgrades take effect at your next billing date.
Which level suits you
- Apprentice if you want one platform to focus on, the core course for it, and your own Personal Success Manager while you work through it yourself.
- Craftsman if you want us to fully manage that one account for you (we create and post all your content, with you signing off), plus every monetisation route and your own action plan.
- Master if you want three platforms fully managed for you and real coaching: two one-to-ones a month, re-assessments, and the brand-deal kit.
- The Guild is invite-only: six platforms, the deepest coaching, deal introductions and a direct line to the founders. You don't apply for it. We invite creators when the moment is right.
