Refunds and
cancellation

How to cancel, what you keep, and the statutory rights you have on top.

Effective from 18 September 2026. Last updated 6 October 2026. This page explains how to cancel, what you keep, and your statutory rights. It sits alongside our Terms of Service.

How cancellation works

You can cancel your membership at any time from your account. There is no minimum term, no notice period and no exit fee. When you cancel, your membership stops renewing; you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it then ends. We do not automatically refund part-months or part-years simply because you cancel partway through; you have already paid for that period and you keep the access for it.

Your 14-day statutory right

Because you buy online, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 normally give you 14 days to cancel for a full refund, starting from the day your contract with us is made. A membership contract is made when you pay after being invited to join.

Immediate access, and why the 14-day right ends

A membership is digital content and services delivered online, and it works by giving you access to the full training the moment your payment is confirmed. Under the same regulations, if you ask for that access to begin straight away and you acknowledge that doing so ends your 14-day cancellation right, then the right ends once your access begins.

That is exactly what happens at checkout. Before you pay, you tick a box that reads:

"I ask Grafters Global Agency to start my membership immediately and give me access to the training now. I understand that by doing this I give up my 14-day right to cancel once my access begins."

The box is not ticked for you (you tick it yourself), and we keep a record of it against your account, with the date and the exact wording you agreed to. Once you have ticked it and your access has begun, your membership is non-refundable, except where you have a legal right to a refund. If you would rather keep your 14-day right, do not tick the box; but we cannot give you access to the training until your access can begin, and access is the membership.

When you still have a right to a refund

Waiving the 14-day right does not take away your other statutory rights, and it never can. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a refund or a repeat performance if the membership is faulty, not as described, or not provided with reasonable care and skill. If that happens, contact us and we will put it right.

Refunds at our discretion

Beyond your statutory rights, we keep this simple: once your access has begun, membership fees are non-refundable, and we do not refund unused time when you cancel. We may, entirely at our discretion, offer a refund or credit in exceptional circumstances, for example a genuine duplicate charge or a clear billing error. Asking does not affect your statutory rights, which always apply.

If a payment fails

If a renewal payment fails, we will try again and let you know so you can update your details. If we cannot collect payment within a short grace period, we may suspend your access until the account is up to date. A failed payment is not a cancellation; if you want to leave, cancel from your account so it does not keep retrying.

What you keep, and what you lose, when you cancel

When your access ends, you lose access to the training library, live sessions, the Social Studio and any coaching, because those are what the membership provides. Anything you have set up on your own social channels stays with you; it was always yours, and posts we published to your accounts stay there until you remove them. Your goals, your logged wins and your progress history remain on your account record and are available again if you rejoin; we hold them in line with our Privacy Policy, and you can ask us to delete them at any time using our Deleting your data page. Any resource we allowed you to download and save is yours to keep and use for your own purposes, under the sharing and reselling limits in our Terms of Service, but you will no longer be able to reach material that was streamed or held inside the platform.

If we end your membership

If we close your account because you broke our terms (for example the fair-use or sharing rules), you are not entitled to a refund of the current period. If instead we end your membership for a reason that is not your fault (for example we stop offering it, or we make a change we cannot ask you to accept), we will refund the unused part of any period you have paid for in advance, worked out on a fair, pro-rata basis, and pay it back the same way you paid us.

How to raise a problem

If you think a refund has been wrongly refused, or anything here has gone wrong, email hello@graftersglobalagency.com. We will acknowledge your message within 3 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it between us, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme or take the matter to court. This does not affect your statutory rights.
