Deleting your data, and removing our access

How to delete what we hold, remove our access to your social accounts, and close your account.

Effective from 18 September 2026. Last updated 6 October 2026.

This page explains how to stop Grafters Global Agency using your social media accounts, and how to have the data we hold about you deleted. It applies to anyone who has applied to us, is a member or client, or has connected a social account to us, including through Facebook, Instagram or Threads.

The short version

  • Delete the figures we have read from your social platforms: press "Delete my channel data" on your Channels page. It happens straight away.
  • Stop us reading or posting: remove Grafters Global Agency from your connected apps inside the platform. Steps for each platform are below.
  • Delete everything else, or close your account: email admin@graftersglobalagency.com. Figures from social platforms are deleted within 7 days. Everything else is handled within one month.

1. Delete the data we have read from your social platforms

When we write a report on your channels, we read public figures from the platforms, such as follower counts, recent posts and your channel description. You can delete everything we hold of this yourself, at any time:

  1. Sign in at academy.graftersglobalagency.com.
  2. Go to Creator, then Channels.
  3. Under "Channel data we hold", you will see each platform we hold figures from, the date we read them, and the date they will be deleted automatically.
  4. Press "Delete my channel data".

It is deleted immediately, and the page tells you when it is done. If the page says "We hold no platform data on your channels", there is nothing to delete.

If you do nothing, it is deleted automatically anyway:

PlatformDeleted automatically after
YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest30 days at most
Twitch, Kick24 hours at most

This button deletes the platform figures only. It does not close your account, delete your training records, or remove the written report we made. To have those deleted, see section 3.

2. Remove our access to a social account

If you have connected a social account so that we can post for you, you can withdraw that permission at any time from inside the platform. You do not need to ask us first. As soon as the platform withdraws our access, we can no longer read from or post to that account.

What happens on our side:

  • the access key the platform gave us is destroyed within 24 hours;
  • any figures we read from that account are deleted within 30 days, or straight away if you press "Delete my channel data". LinkedIn data is deleted within 10 days;
  • we keep a record that you connected and disconnected, and when, because it is the record of your permission;
  • posts already published stay on the platform. Delete them there, or ask us and we will help.

2.1 Where to find it on each platform

Twitch, KickNothing to remove. We never connect to your Twitch or Kick account. We read only public information, using our own access. To delete what we have read, use section 1.

If you cannot find it, or would rather we did it, email us (section 3) and we will disconnect the account from our side.

3. Ask us to delete your data, or close your account

To have anything else deleted, to close your account, or if you cannot sign in, email admin@graftersglobalagency.com with the subject "Delete my data". Send it from the email address on your account if you can, and tell us:

  • your name, and the email address on your account;
  • what you want deleted: everything, or particular things (for example your channel data, an application, or a connected account);
  • whether you also want your account closed.

We may ask you to confirm who you are before we delete anything, so that nobody else can delete your data.

What closing your account does

When you ask us to close and delete your account, a member of our team deletes it. Your account record is removed, not hidden, and your email address is freed so you could join again later. Your training records, messages, channel reports and Studio drafts go with it. If you have an active membership, it is cancelled at the same time; you are not charged again, and the period you have already paid for is not refunded, as our Refunds and Cancellation page explains. The things we have to keep are listed below.

How long it takes

WhatTimescale
Figures we have read from YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitch or KickWithin 7 days of your request
Disconnecting a social account from our sideWithin 7 days. The access key is then destroyed within 24 hours
Everything else, including closing your accountWithin one month. If a request is complex, it can take up to two more months, and if so we will tell you why within the first month

When it is done, we email you to confirm what was deleted, and anything we had to keep.

What we have to keep

  • Payment, invoice and tax records, for at least six years, as UK tax law requires. If you ever paid us, or earned a referral commission from us, the financial record of that stays even after your account is deleted.
  • A record that you asked for deletion and what we did, so that we can show your request was carried out.
  • Anything we need to deal with a legal claim. If this applies, we will tell you.

4. If you are not a member

If we have read your public channel because you applied to us, if you appear in content we made for a member or client, or if you contacted us through our website, you can use section 3 in the same way.

5. More information

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and for how long, and its section 10 sets out all your rights. If you are unhappy with how we have handled a request, tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/ or on 0303 123 1113.
