Grow your own channels
Specialist training, one-to-one guidance and managed content, shaped around your channels and your real numbers. We take no cut of what you earn.
Grafters Global Agency
From specialist training to fully managed accounts, we give creators the expertise to grow their audience and build towards an income, while their channels and earnings remain entirely their own. Across all eleven major platforms, including the newer ones most people overlook.
We guarantee the training, the coaching and the tools, not the outcome. What you earn depends on your content, your consistency and your audience. We don't promise income, and we'd be wary of anyone who does.
Two ways in
Specialist training, one-to-one guidance and managed content, shaped around your channels and your real numbers. We take no cut of what you earn.
Your social media, planned, produced and reported on by specialists, with nothing published until you approve it.
I — Why work with us
Most creator support comes from somewhere with an interest in the answer. A platform wants you on its platform. Some networks want a percentage. We charge a flat monthly fee to help you build something that lasts, on whichever channels actually suit your work.
We train across all eleven major platforms and tell you honestly which ones deserve your time. If a platform isn't worth it for your content yet, we'll say so rather than sell you a course on it.
Membership is a monthly fee and nothing more. Your gifting, subscriptions, ad revenue and brand deals are yours in full, and so are your channels and your audience.
Guidance from people who have built and grown channels themselves. Bring your real numbers and your real sticking points, not a hypothetical.
Most creators don't stall on talent, they stall on consistency. Goals, metrics and progress tracking are built into every level, not added as extras.
The higher you climb, the more direct the help gets: from the help desk, to a manager, to two one-to-one coaching sessions a month, to a direct line to the founders at the top. And from Craftsman up, we fully manage the account for you. We create and post all your content, with you signing off. You buy more attention, not just more videos to watch.
II — What we offer
Eight things we handle with you. They include the parts most training skips, the ones that separate a hobby from a serious attempt at an income.
A deep, step-by-step track for each platform: how it actually works, the formats that win, and how to earn on it. One platform at Apprentice. From Craftsman up we fully manage it for you and create and post all your content: one platform at Craftsman, three at Master, six at The Guild.
The craft that applies everywhere: hooks, retention, editing, planning and the habits that carry a channel. Yours in full from day one, at every level.
At Master, two one-to-ones a month with someone who works from your real numbers and goals, not a generic template. Direct help, not a forum to search through.
From Craftsman up, the full monetisation training, covering the routes an audience can earn through: gifting, subscriptions, ad revenue, products and brand deals. This is where you learn how each route works, and which ones suit your audience.
Setup, schedules, retention and the craft of going live: battles, gifting and the habits that turn passers-by into regulars. The strength most training skips.
At the top, The Guild is where we represent you and work your account like an agency client, with a direct line to the founders. Invite-only, and the bridge from learning the craft to having us do it with you.
The Graft Room is how we stay current: every week the team pulls apart what actually moved on each platform, so the training reflects the platforms as they are now, not as they were when someone filmed a lesson.
Goals you set, progress you can see, and a 30 / 60 / 90-day action plan to keep you consistent. Most creators don't stall on talent, they stall on consistency, and this is built to carry you through.
III — Platforms
Most creators run four or five channels as four or five separate jobs. We treat them as one operation, with each platform doing what it's actually good at, including the newer ones most training ignores.
Short-form and live, including battles and the gifting economy. Hooks, retention, cadence, and the supporter behaviour that makes going live pay.
Live streaming, short video and head-to-head battles with daily rankings. No follower minimum to go live, so it rewards showing up early and often.
Streaming and subscriptions. Schedule design, channel setup, moderation, and building a room that comes back rather than passes through.
Long-form, Shorts and live. Packaging, titles and thumbnails, session time, and a back catalogue that keeps earning long after you publish.
Reels, stories and live. Using Instagram as a home base for an audience built elsewhere, and converting followers into buyers.
Reels, live and groups. A large audience most creators overlook, and strong ground for reaching older demographics.
Personal brand and B2B reach. Thought-leadership formats and a professional audience most creators underrate, and where the highest-value deals live.
The live conversation. Threads, replies and the posting cadence that builds a following and keeps you in the room where things happen.
Text-first and fast-growing. The easiest second home for an audience you've built on Instagram, with reach still there for the taking.
Search that keeps working. Evergreen pins that quietly send traffic and buyers months after you post. It's the long game most creators skip.
Younger audiences and Spotlight. Short vertical video and the Snap Star route to reach and revenue on a platform others write off.
New platforms reviewed regularly, and we'll tell you when one isn't worth your time yet.
IV — The Graft Room
Every week the team sits down and pulls apart what actually moved on each platform in the last seven days: what got reach, what got paid, what changed in the rules, and what quietly stopped working.
Whatever comes out of it is in front of members the same week, not three months later in a course module. It's why our training reflects the platforms as they are now rather than as they were when someone filmed a lesson.
It's the same intelligence our business clients pay us to act on — kept current, every week.
How the review worksV — How joining works
A clear path from application to membership. You apply first, we review every application, and you choose your level only once you're invited.
Tell us about you and your channels. It's free, with no payment and no follower minimum. You must be 18 or over.
Every application is read by a person, and we'll be in touch either way.
If it's a good fit, we invite you to join. You then choose your level, from Apprentice to Master, and you can move up or down later.
Pay securely and your access begins straight away. No hidden fees, and you can cancel any time.
VI — Member stories
We're new, and we won't invent a testimonial to look established. As members build real results and are happy to share them (named, and with their permission), their stories will appear here. Until then, we'd rather show you nothing than something we made up.
VII — Insight
Free guides and reports, written from what we see across our members' channels. No email wall.
Setup, schedule and the first thirty streams: what to expect and what to ignore.
Read the guide ReportA breakdown of gifting, subscriptions, ads, brand deals and products, and how they compare.

Grafters Global Agency does two things. For creators, we teach and support you to grow and monetise your own channels, with the core training library, platform playbooks, monetisation courses and one-to-one coaching. For businesses, we run social media accounts and campaigns done-for-you. This page is about the creator side; businesses can read more on our for business page.
No. There's no follower minimum. We work with creators just starting out as well as people already earning full-time. What matters more is whether you'll put the work in consistently.
Eleven: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Pinterest, Snapchat, Kick and E.P.I.C. Studios. Your plan sets how many you focus on: one at Apprentice and Craftsman, three at Master and six at The Guild. From Craftsman up we fully manage those accounts for you: we create and post all your content, and you approve each piece before it goes live (or leave that to us). We review new platforms as they emerge.
No. Membership is a monthly fee. We don't take a cut of gifting, subscriptions, ad revenue or brand deals, and we don't take ownership of your channels or audience.
That's up to you. The training library is there whenever you need it, and fresh findings from the weekly Graft Room keep it current. Members who get the most from it treat it like a course they're taking seriously.
No. Live streaming is a strength of ours and a growing part of how creators earn, but our training covers short-form video, long-form video, audience building and brand partnerships just as thoroughly.
Yes. Membership is monthly and you can cancel from your account at any time. No contract, no notice period, no exit fee.
Yes. Members must be 18 or over. Several of the monetisation routes we teach carry their own 18+ requirements.
Directly from the team, not a forum to search through, and it scales with your level. Apprentice gets help articles and support tickets. Craftsman adds priority support and a manager who fully manages the account for you, creating and posting all your content. Master adds two one-to-one coaching sessions a month, and at Guild level you have a direct line to the founders.

We review every application · Monthly or annual · Cancel any time · 18+
There's no free trial. Instead we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee: if it's not for you within 14 days, ask and we'll refund you. This is on top of your statutory right to cancel within 14 days under UK consumer law, which applies regardless.
Building a career as a content creator is a genuine profession now, and like any profession it can be taught. Grafters Global Agency exists to teach it: growth strategy, monetisation, negotiation, production habits, and the stamina that carries people through the quiet months.
Members join for training across eleven platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Pinterest, Snapchat, Kick and E.P.I.C. Studios) and for one-to-one help that starts from their own numbers and goals rather than a generic template. Membership runs from £29 a month and includes the core training library and platform playbooks, with fully managed accounts from Craftsman up (we create and post all your content for you, with you signing off), monetisation courses, and two one-to-one coaching sessions a month at Master.
We also run social media for businesses. If you'd rather have your accounts planned, produced, scheduled and reported on for you, our done-for-you service does exactly that. One agency, both jobs, whether you want to learn the craft or hand it over.
