Cookie Policy

What is stored on your device, what it does, and how to refuse it.

Effective from 18 September 2026. Last updated 6 October 2026.

This page explains what is stored on your device by our websites, what it does, and how to control it. It covers our public website, graftersglobalagency.com, and our member platform, academy.graftersglobalagency.com.

The short version

We set only the cookies our platform needs to sign you in and keep your account secure. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies or tracking pixels, on either site. Because every cookie we set is strictly necessary, the law does not require us to ask your permission for it, and that is why you do not see a cookie banner.

Our public website: no cookies

graftersglobalagency.com sets no cookies at all. There is no analytics script, no tracking pixel and no advertising tag. The pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser fetches the font files from Google and Google receives your IP address in doing so. That is a connection to a third party, not a cookie, and our Privacy Policy covers it in section 7.

Our member platform: four cookies, all strictly necessary

When you sign in at academy.graftersglobalagency.com, the platform sets the cookies it needs to work, and Cloudflare, which protects it, sets one. No others.

CookieWhat it doesHow long it lasts
Session cookie (its name ends in -session)Keeps you signed in as you move from page to page, and holds the state of what you are doingExpires after a period of inactivity, or when you sign out
XSRF-TOKENProtects every form you submit against forgery by another websiteExpires with your session
Remember-me cookie (its name begins remember_web_)Set only if you tick "Remember me" when you sign in. Keeps you signed in on that device so you do not have to sign in every timeUntil you sign out, or until you clear it
__cf_bmSet by Cloudflare, which sits in front of our member platform to block attacks and automated abuse. It tells Cloudflare that your browser is a real visitor, not a bot30 minutes

The first three are set by us; the fourth is set by Cloudflare on our platform's address. None contains personal information in readable form, and none is used to track you across other websites.

Third parties you may meet on the way

  • Stripe. When you pay, you are taken to a checkout page run by Stripe, our payment provider. On Stripe's pages, Stripe sets its own cookies under its own cookie policy, to run the checkout and prevent fraud. We do not control those, and they are not set on our sites.
  • Google Fonts. As above, both sites load typefaces from Google. No cookie is set.

If this ever changes

If we add an analytics tool, an embedded player or anything else that sets a cookie which is not strictly necessary, we will update this page before it goes live and ask your permission before the cookie is set, with a way to refuse that is as easy as the way to accept.

Controlling cookies in your browser

You can see, block and delete cookies through your browser's settings. Every major browser lets you do this; look for "cookies" or "site data" in its privacy settings. If you block the session cookie or XSRF-TOKEN, you will not be able to sign in to the platform, because they are what signing in relies on. Clearing the remember-me cookie simply means you sign in again next time.
